1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ac ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the 777ac platform available at 777ac.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, arcade games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes operated by 777ac.

By accessing the 777ac platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777ac platform and must close your account immediately if one has been created.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

777ac reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at the Company's sole discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

3 Account Registration

To access 777ac betting and gaming services, you must create a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 777ac. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or any other identifying variation — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 777ac will close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending a full review.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 777ac account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. 777ac will never contact you to ask for your password. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the 777ac support team. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but 777ac endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible.

• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts and payment instruments held in the name of the registered 777ac account holder.
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
• 777ac reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at the Company's discretion.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 7 before withdrawal is permitted.
• 777ac reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

All transactions on 777ac are conducted in PKR. Where a payment instrument operates in a different currency, conversion rates applied by your payment provider may affect the final amount received.

5 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 777ac are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules and the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the relevant rules in force at the time of placement.

• Bets are not accepted from players who have inside information on an event or who have any conflict of interest with the outcome of the event being wagered on.
• 777ac reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a pricing or technical error is detected.
• In-play betting markets are offered where available. Bets accepted after the outcome of an event or a specific in-play occurrence has been determined — whether due to a technical delay or otherwise — may be voided by 777ac.
• Cricket betting markets on 777ac cover PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, T20 Internationals, and other sanctioned competitions. Match-specific rules govern how markets are settled in the event of interruptions, weather delays, reduced overs, or abandoned matches.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market and event.
• Accumulator bets are subject to a maximum payout limit. This limit is displayed in the betting interface.
• Where a palpable error in odds is identified before or after bet settlement, 777ac reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

6 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on 777ac — including live dealer games, slot titles, fishing games, and arcade games — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by trained dealers. Game outcomes are independent of any previous result and are not influenced by bet size, account status, or any other variable.

Specific game rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and paytables are accessible within each individual game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of each game before play. 777ac accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game they have chosen to play.

• Bonus funds are credited to your 777ac account separately from your real-money balance and are used first until the bonus balance is exhausted.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the restrictions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, and may result in the withholding of funds pending investigation:

• Registering an account while under the age of 21.

13 Suspension & Termination

777ac reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, 777ac reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real-money balances pending an investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through a breach of these Terms, they will not be returned to the player.
